Terms of use
These terms govern Hej CRM between Aprex AS and the business that creates a team. When registering, the user confirms that they have read and accepted the terms.
Account and subscription
The subscription is priced per user and billed monthly or yearly at the price and currency shown before purchase. Prices exclude VAT or local sales tax. The team administrator manages users and is responsible for ensuring the team has the right to enter the information.
Trial and payment
New teams receive a 30-day trial without entering a payment card. After the trial, the team must activate a paid subscription to continue writing or changing data. Stripe processes payments. If payment is overdue, the trial expires or the subscription ends, Hej CRM may make the account read-only. Read-only access prevents new or changed data but does not delete existing data.
Cancellation and data
An administrator can cancel the subscription in Hej CRM or through the billing portal. Unless the order says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Customers can export data before or after cancellation. Aprex does not automatically delete customer data after cancellation or non-payment. Deletion follows the customer’s explicit action or instruction, subject to legal retention requirements and backups.
Use and responsibility
The customer must have a lawful basis for recorded information, inform the people concerned and follow the data processing agreement. The customer is responsible for user access and content sent to AI services. Hej CRM must not be used for unlawful content or for decisions requiring human judgement without that judgement.
Governing law and contact
Norwegian law applies. The parties will first try to resolve disputes together. If they cannot agree, Norwegian courts have jurisdiction under Norwegian venue rules. These terms do not give Aprex the right to use customer data for its own marketing. Contact Aprex AS at its business address or through the support address on the help page when provided.
